Pepperoni-- or crustless pizza

A very tasty lunch made from large-size pepperoni slices,
l/2 tablespoon of cheese per slice, l/2 teaspoon purple onion,
a slice of mushroom, and Parmesan cheese on top. I place
in microwave oven for about 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
YUMMY and so easy to make. You can use the smaller
pepperoni slices. Just adjust the amount of other items. You
can also add more veggies such as black olives or scallions.
