I have my photo made every 6 months just to keep myself on track. 4 l/2 years ago I lost 73 pounds following the Ketogenic Food Plan/Low Carb High Fat. It was like a miracle for me. I work every day to keep the weight off. I can never eat sugar and stay at a stable, lower weight. Sugar is like poison for my body.
