For the last 4 and l/2 months I have learned how to keep weight off after losing 73 pounds from September 2015 until August 2016. I use the Ketogenic Food Plan, or Low Carb High Fat. I weaned myself off sugar and that made my appetite go way down and I eat mostly fatty meats, keep carbs 20 or under each day, and only eat when hungry and stop eating when my body feels full. I rarely exercise as I have a serious lung disorder caused from chemo. The dress is this photo is size 6.
