Questions from Newbies

People are constantly asking me about the Ketogenic Food Plan.

Please use Youtube and search any video from these folks: Dr. Eric Westman, Dr. Eric Berg, Professor Tim Noakes, Dr. Robert Lustig and Gary Taubes. Spend some time learning what these experts have to say and you will stop believing the old way of dieting. You probably will NOT lose weight if you diet and exercise. You have to fix your allergy to carbohydrates in order to lose weight and keep it off. Exercise only serves to make you more hungry and causes you to retain water in your sore muscles. You'd be better off to take a nap than go to the gym or club. IF diet and exercise worked everyone would be at a perfect weight. Think about it. Also, please stop drinking so much damned water. ONLY drink when you are thirsty. Who wants you to drink more water? The people who sell bottled water, that's who. Stop falling for fake news and fake opinions. Do you think your ancestors drank 100 ounces of water per day? Hell no.....read the new way and stop believing the fake suggestions from people who want to sell you something.
